Curt Kuiper and Rob Monacelli are the co-founders of humn, a human-centered marketing strategy firm that helps organizations clarify their message and create marketing plans that actually work. Drawing on principles from the StoryBrand framework and human-centered design, they help businesses simplify their marketing and communicate their value with clarity.

Curt is a marketing strategist who was certified as a StoryBrand Guide and works with leaders to translate complex ideas into clear messaging that resonates with customers. He spent the first 12 years of his career serving in director-level roles at Christian nonprofits. With experience launching and growing businesses and serving as a fractional CMO, he is passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations articulate what they do in a way that inspires trust and action.

Rob is a human-centered design strategist and creative leader with more than 25 years of experience in branding, marketing, and storytelling. He specializes in uncovering the deeper motivations behind customer behavior and turning those insights into brand strategies that build meaningful connections with audiences.

Together, Curt and Rob help organizations move from confusing marketing to clear messaging that attracts the right customers and drives sustainable growth.
