The Collaborative​

The OIC Collaborative is a faith-driven network of business and ministry leaders committed to advancing God’s Kingdom through purposeful collaboration and community impact.

• Unites leaders with diverse gifts and callings for a shared mission
  “There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit… different kinds of service, but the same Lord.” - 1 Corinthians 12:4–5

• Calls leaders to steward their influence, resources, and talents for God’s glory
  “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace.” - 1 Peter 4:10

• Connects members through industry-specific gatherings while fostering Kingdom-minded collaboration

• Mobilizes faith into action to meet real community needs
  “Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.” - James 2:17

• Encourages and strengthens one another through intentional relationships
  “Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.” - Hebrews 10:24–25
