The Collaborative
The OIC Collaborative is a faith-driven network of business and ministry leaders committed to making a lasting impact in their communities. By bringing together diverse expertise and shared purpose, the Collaborative creates opportunities to connect, support, and inspire one another.
Members attend specialized events for their industries but thrive when they unite to address pressing community needs. Guided by faith, they combine their resources and talents to develop solutions and take actionable steps to strengthen their communities.
OIC members exemplify collaboration, living out Ecclesiastes 4:9-10: "Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either falls down, one can help the other up." Through unity, they support one another, advance God’s kingdom, and create lasting change.

The Forums
OIC Forums equip business and ministry leaders with the tools and insights to excel in their callings. Each group attends tailored forums that address industry-specific challenges, offering practical training, faith-centered discussions, and a supportive community. These forums empower leaders to integrate their faith into their work and lead with excellence.
The Cohorts
Cohorts present an opportunity for truly effective partnerships between faith based businesses and local ministries. We know that learning, praying and talking together will produce great ideas, expose common passions and callings and lead to action that addresses community needs or issues. Cohorts are an optional, "bonus" area that gives business and ministry leaders an effective way to work together to address community issues in a Christlike manner.
God can really move when believers work as a team and put all of their gifts and resources at His disposal. We are excited to see how One In Christ Cohorts positively affect our area for His kingdom!
