Kevin Eastway is the founder and principal of The Acuity Lab, where he helps leaders and organizations find clarity around what matters most and build the people, structures, and practices to carry it forward.

With more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, organizational development, and leadership formation, Kevin has worked alongside boards, executive teams, ministry leaders, and business leaders all over the globe as they navigate growth, change, and questions about the future.

Kevin is also a co-founder of The Fundraisers Collective, a community created to strengthen and encourage fundraising professionals, and the founder of KindredrOS, a relational operating system helping fundraisers turn donor information into relational clarity and the next right move.

Kevin holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Western Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is the author of Faithful Friendship: Fundraising from the Heart and The Path of Faithful Friendship.

At the heart of Kevin’s work is a simple conviction: organizations are strongest when people are clear about why they are there, what they are responsible for, and how they can meaningfully contribute. His approach is practical, relational, and deeply rooted in helping people move from good intentions to shared ownership and meaningful action.
