Presentation Information:

Title: Developing a Healthy, Balanced and Defendable Decision Making Model

Summary:

Do you have one? Do you have a decision-making model? Could you diagram and outline it right now?

This session will focus on seven elements of a decision-making model, as they are viewed  through a ground zero lens (that almost everyone leaves out of their models, but everyone agrees impacts our decisions the most). This will be an interactive session where we look at some of the deep subconscious elements of decision-making, but leave with a practical model that can produces healthy, balanced and defendable decisions.
