Grace Gavin, Co-Founder - Know Honesty

Grace Gavin is a three-time founder and open and honest expert, helping leaders simplify how they communicate and eliminate the divides that stall progress. As co-founder of Know Honesty, she helps organizations build cultures of real communication — and has impacted thousands through her book, workshops, and keynotes.

With nearly seven years in the field and a background shaped by family business, Grace brings a heartfelt and straightforward approach to every interaction. Her work has been featured on stages, podcasts, and media outlets including Fox17 and NPR.

Having lost her dad early in her adult life, she knows all too well how precious and short our lives really are, which drives her to help others lead more fulfilled and intentional lives.
